1) Disable all anti-virus on Windows 10
2) Download Cain & Abel from here:

iii) Download WinPcap:
https://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm
four) Install WinPcap
five) Install Cain & Abel
half dozen) Set DNS settings on IPv4
7) Disable IPv6
8) open powershell and run the command: netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disable
8) Run Cain & Abel
9) Leave if needed and restart
10) Start sniffer
